Health Navigator partners with the NHS to identify and manage high-risk patients, providing targeted interventions to reduce hospital readmissions. However, the company’s legacy system, used to manage critical patient information, had become outdated and posed significant security risks. To ensure compliance with modern standards and reduce operational vulnerabilities, Health Navigator needed a trusted partner to upgrade and support their system.

We modernized the legacy PHP Laravel implementation, bringing the system into compliance with GDPR and OWASP security standards. This not only eliminated security risks but also restored full control of the platform to Health Navigator.
