As a global consultancy group, they operated two distinct yet complementary businesses: Accord People, specialising in marine and subsea recruitment across offshore, energy, and maritime sectors, and Accord Business Partnerships (BPS), providing end-to-end workforce and HR solutions including crew management, payroll, logistics, and compliance services.

Neither business had digital platforms that effectively communicated their expertise to their respective audiences.
